This is a series of images I took whilst being in SF on my own. It juxtaposes the business of city life and always being on the move with the ideal of inner loneliness. Being out there alone challenged my mental health, it helped me to explore myself in ways I haven't before. I learnt how to rationalise inner emotions and develop a positive stance on my self-talk. The colour expresses the energetic atmosphere, freedom of individuality and a jovial sense of living. I am extremely fortunate to of visited such a beautiful place and I'll remember the people I met always.
